Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) Hydrosol 100ml

Yarrow has a herbaceous yet sweet scent, and has historically been used in ancient medicine for a large number of treatments. It is said that the Greek warrior Achilles sent his troops into battle carrying dried yarrow flowers to use to promote clotting of wounds obtained during battle. In Ancient Chinese cultures the yarrow plant is believed to balance yin and yang energies, so the scent is often used today to promote feelings of balance in the users energy and emotions.  
 
Uses of Yarrow Hydrosol:
Aromatically:
Yarrow hydrosol can be sprayed as a room freshener, linen spay or body spray to promote feelings of balance, grounding, and relaxation.
Can help promote sleep when sprayed on pillows or bed sheets due to these relaxing and stress relieving effects.  
Topically:
Helps promote healthy skin by providing soothing effects to skin irritated by bug bites, cuts, rashes, sunburn etc.
Apply to stomach to help reduce anxious feelings and promote balance in emotions (especially helpful surrounding menstrual cycles)
